Project Description

Topics to be covered include: The entrepreneurial process, the entrepreneur, opportunity recognition the venture creation process, the business plan, venture financing, marketing, operations, purchasing a business, franchising, managing growth, emerging trends, social entrepreneurship, family business succession, and exit strategies.
